LEASE AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

This Residential Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this 12th day of October, 2023, by and between Urban Habitat LLC ("Landlord") and Jonathan V. Smith ("Tenant").
